Equal parts impressive and disappointing

The location is fantastic, just steps from the train station, making the trip to Disneyland a breeze. The room was very clean and the staff were generally helpful throughout our stay.

We experienced several air conditioning issues which made for an uncomfortable first night. the noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our sleep, impacting our overall rest.

The efficient check-in, the friendly staff, the comfy beds, the convenient location – all truly delightful!

The location near the RER station is wonderful. The hotel is clean, modern, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It's the perfect base for a family adventure.

A spacious room with great Wi-Fi made our stay comfortable. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety, fueling us before a day at Disneyland. the noise from the passing trains disrupted our sleep, and there was inconsistent water pressure in the shower, which affected our experience. the lack of tea and coffee facilities was disappointing.

Had a blast with friends! The hotel is a short train ride away from Disneyland and right next to the Val d'Europe station, making it super easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed some golfing nearby. The rooms were spacious, great for our needs, and clean. Perfect for a base while visiting attractions!

We did have an issue with one of our rooms. It lacked basic necessities like sheets and towels, and the electrical power was spotty. Although the staff tried to assist, it left us wanting better compliance with their promises.
